农村社区社会资本利用研究——以呈贡区万溪冲村为例

Study on the Utilization of Social Capital in Rural Communities:A Case of Wanxichong Village in Chenggong District

农村社区社会资本的有效利用关系到农村社区农户行为行动前采取和利用社会资本的效应。文章以呈贡区万溪冲村为例,通过田野调查和访谈观察的研究方法,对社区居民正式的团社参与和非正式的社会关系网络展开研究。研究发现,在呈贡区万溪冲村社区中存在人口异质显性、低关联度社区事务参与、新旧社会关系网络错位等问题。为了充分挖掘和激发社区社会资本功能,应对农村城镇化改革时期面临的这三大问题,建议农村社区治理对策的重点应放在加强纵向合作联系,唤醒居民参与热情,优化横向关系网络,稳固新生异质联动等方面。

The effective use of social capital in rural communitieswhich is related to the effect of adopting and utilizing the social capital before the peasant households act in the rural community.Taking Wanxichong Village in Chengong District as an example, this paper studies the formal group participation and informal social relationship network of community residents throughfield investigation and interviews. It is found thatthere are some problems in the commu- nity of Wanxichong village in Chenggong district, such as population heterogeneity and dominance, participation in community affairs with low incidence, the dislocation of social networks between old and new resident, etc. In order to excavate fully and stimulate the function of community social capital, what＇s more, to deal with these three problems in the period of rural urbanization reform, This paper suggests that the two aspects＇ emphasis of community governance should be on the one hand is strengthening vertical cooperation and arousing residents＇ enthusiasm for participation; and other hangd is optimizing the transversed relationship network and stabilize the new heterogeneity linkage.
