耳穴按压在初产妇分娩镇痛中的应用

Application of auricular acupoint pressing in delivery analgesia for primipara

目的探讨耳穴按压法在初产妇分娩镇痛中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1—5月我科室住院分娩的足月正常初产妇42例,将产妇随机分为观察组20例和对照组22例,对照组采用腰硬联合麻醉方法止痛,观察组采用耳穴按压止痛。比较两组镇痛方式的镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式及产后出血量。结果两组产妇镇痛效果、产程时间、分娩方式、产后出血量比较差异均无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论耳穴按压简便、安全、起效快、效果好,同时其良好的止痛效果可减少麻醉药物应用的成瘾性,可用于分娩镇痛、术后止痛以及肿瘤患者的疼痛治疗,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of auricular acupoint pressing in delivery analgesia for primipara. Methods To compared analgesic effect, duration of labor, delivery mode and postpartum hemorrhage, 42 cases of normal prinfipara with full - term adnfitted in our department from January to May of 2017 were observed, and were randomly divided into study group with 20 cases and control group with 22 cases. The control group adopted the combined spinal epidural anesthesia treatment, while the study group adopted the auricular aeupoint pressing treatment. Results There was no statistical significance in the difference of analgesic effect, duration of labor, delivery mode and postpartum hemorrhage between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Auricular aeupoint pressing is one treatment of simple, safe, quick and effective which could reduce the addiction of analgesia application, and could be used for labor analgesia, postoperative pain relief and that for rumor patients, which was worthy of clinical promotion and application.
