足月胎膜早破产妇综合护理干预的效果研究

Study of the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on puerperal with premature full-term fetal membrane

目的探讨综合护理干预对足月胎膜早破产妇妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2017年2—12月我院妇产科收治的足月胎膜早破产妇960例作为研究对象,随机将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较两组产妇的分娩结局、不良结局、新生儿Apgar评分。结果观察组产妇的剖宫产率和阴道助产率均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);观察组分娩后不良结局发生率明显低于对照组;观察组分娩的新生儿Apgar评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于胎膜早破产妇,可改善产妇及新生儿情况,改善分娩结局,在临床上可大力推广。

Objective To investigated the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on the pregnancy outcome of puerperal with premature full - term fetal membrane. Methods To compared the status of pregnancy outcomes, adverse pregnancy outcomes and Apgar scores, 960 cases of puerperal with pre premature full - term fetal membrane, who adnfitted in the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital from February to December 2017, were observed, and randonfly divided into study group and control group with equal members. The control group adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the study group adopted the comprehensive nursing intervention. Results The cesarean section rate and the rate of vaginal aided to deliver in the study group were generally lower than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the study group after the delivery was apparently lower than that in the control group. The Apgar scores of the newborn delivered by the study group were apparently higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention on puerperal with premature full - term fetal membrane could improve the mothers and the babies＇ status, and bettered the pregnancy outcomes, which worth wide elinieal popularization.
