摘要
利用扫描电镜(SEM)及其附带的X射线能谱仪分析了DZ125L合金叶片表面夹杂物的分布区域和类型,发现夹杂物主要分布在叶背上,且存在两种类型的表面夹杂物:第一种为Al_2O_3和SiO_2的混合物,第二种为Al_2O_3。第一种夹杂物可能是由合金溶液和型壳材料的界面反应直接造成的化学粘砂。第二种夹杂物可能是由合金溶液和型壳材料的界面反应间接造成的物理粘砂。抑制合金溶液与型壳材料的反应是减少叶片表面夹杂物的关键。
The distribution areas and types of inclusions on the surface of turbine blades casted by DZ125L alloy were analyzed by SEM with EDS. It was found that the inclusions are mainly distributed on the back of blades, and there are two types of surface inclusions: the first is a mixture of Al2O3 and SiO2, and the second is Al2O3.
