摘要
基于机械补偿方式设计了一款间断式连续变焦中波红外光学系统。该光学系统由前固定组、变倍组、补偿组、后固定组、反射镜一、反射镜二、中继组组成。光学系统采用间断式机械补偿方式满足光学系统小视场和超小视场为长焦距和超长焦距定焦、小视场至大视场为连续变焦、光学系统小型化等要求,实现了超小视场和小视场为定焦和小视场至大视场为连续变焦的中波红外光学系统,兼顾了超小视场和小视场观察瞄准以及大视场至小视场连续观察的功能。变焦过程中变倍补偿曲线平滑、无拐点、像面稳定。光学系统外形包络在350mm×116mm(局部168mm)×65mm(局部130mm,含结构部分)范围内,系统紧凑。设计结果表明该光学系统像质良好,满足热像仪使用要求。
An indirect continuous zoom infrared optical system based on mechanical compensation is designed. The opti- cal system consists of a front fixed group, a zoom group, a compensation group, a post fixation group, a first mirror, a second mirror and a relay group. The optical system adopts indirect mechanical compensation to meet the super narrow field of view and the narrow field of view for long distance focusing and the narrow field of view to the wide field of view for continuous zoom, miniaturization and other requirements, to achieve the super narrow field of view MWIR optical system for the fixed focusing and the narrow field of view to the wide field of view MWlR optical system for continuous zoom, to meet the super narrow field of view for observation and aim, the wide field of view to the narrow field of view for continuous observation function~ In zoom, the zoom compensation curve is smooth, without inflection point and the image plane is stable. The envelope of the optical system is in the range of 350 mm× 116 mm (local 168 mm) × 65 mm (local 130 mm, including structural part), and the system is compact. The design results show that the image quality of the optical system is good, which meets the requirements of the infrared imager.
