摘要
将自制助剂EA-1用于间位芳纶分散染料高温高压染色,通过单因素试验得到优化的染色工艺:染色温度140℃,保温时间45 min,染浴pH值5~6,载体用量视所需染色深浅而定。酸处理的芳纶织物用分散染料染色可明显提高得色量,载体种类对芳纶织物染色色光有影响。
The self-made carrier EA-1 is used to high temperature and high pressure dyeing of meta-aramid with disperse dyes. The dyeing process is optimized by single factor experiment: dyeing at 140℃ for 4.5 rain, pH value 5N6, the amount of carrier EA-1 is determined according to the dyeing depth. Disperse dyeing of aramid fabrics pretreated with acid can obviously increase the color yield, and the types of carriers have effect on the shade of aramid fabrics.
