金属结合剂合金化对PcBN性能的影响

摘要 研究了金属结合剂机械合金化对PcBN烧结片显微组织、硬度与冲击韧度的影响。结果表明,合金化后的产物经过高温高压后并没有完全消失,而是以Al_(20)Co_4的形式存在;金属结合剂合金化后改进了PcBN的烧结效果。Al-Co合金在一定程度上提高了烧结体的硬度及冲击韧度,在不改变各组分含量的情况下,对金属结合剂进行合金化可以起到增强增韧的效果。 The effect of mechanical alloying of metal bond on microstructure, hardness and impact toughness of sintered PcBN sheet was investigated. The results show that the mechanical alloying products do not disappear completely under high temperature and high pressure but exist in the form of A120Co4. The sintering effect of PcBN is improved after metal bond alloying. A1-Co alloy improves the hardness and impact toughness of the sintered body to a certain extent, which means that metal bond alloying can play a role of strengthening and toughening without changing each component content.
