摘要
通过对铝合金薄壁箱体进行结构分析,并结合浇注系统尺寸的理论计算,设计了该箱体低压金属型铸造的浇注系统结构与局部冷却工艺;对铸件充型及凝固过程进行数值模拟,验证了浇注系统结构与铸件凝固顺序的合理性;结合合适的浇注温度、充型速度等浇注参数,实现薄壁箱体的成功成形。
Based on the structural analysis of aluminum alloy thin-walled box body and the theoretical calculation of the size of the pouring system, the structure of the pouring system and local cooling process in low-pressure metal casting of the box were designed. The rationality of pouring system structure and solidification order were verified by numerical simulations of casting filling and solidification process. Combined with the appropriate pouring temperature, filling speed and other casting parameters, successful formation of thin-walled box is achieved.
