摘要
研究了可降低台车式加热炉能耗,提高生产效率的中厚板正火工艺。利用外接热电偶在钢板各点直接采样测定温度,通过计算调整炉温控制系统缩小钢板与炉温温差,以达到合适的加热温度和保温时间。同时,可合理提高钢板冷却速率,增加形核率。结果表明,优化的正火工艺可以很好地控制板型、提高钢板的强韧性,同时提高效率、节能降耗。
A novel normalizing process of medium-thick plate was explored, which can improved the production efficiency and reduced energy consumption. The temperature of the steel plates was measured with outer thermocouple. The temperature control system was tuned by counting in accordance with the temperature of the steel plates and furnace. Normalizing have suitable remelting temperature and holding time. Meanwhile the cooling rate of plates was improved to increase the nucleation rate. The results show that the optimized process can well control plate shape, improve the toughness of the plate, and increase the efficiency and save energy.
