摘要
在300℃和600℃分别对316不锈钢在20~120 MPa的应力范围内预蠕变500 h和2 000 h,研究了预蠕变对316不锈钢组织的影响。结果表明,300℃时,位错在晶界处大量聚集,未发生动态再结晶,断口特征为塑性断裂。600℃时,发生动态再结晶,晶粒尺寸增加,位错逐渐消失,断口为蠕变孔洞及韧窝的混合状态。
The 316 stainless steel was recreep at 300 ℃ and 600℃ and in the stress range of 20-120 MPa for 500 and 2 000 h, respectively. The effect of precreep on. the microstructure of 316 stainless steel was studied. The results show that the large numbers of dislocation in the grain boundary are linked together, there is not dynamic recrystallization, and the fracture characteristics is ductile fracture when the 316 stainless steel is recreep at 300℃. On the contrary, when it is recreep at 600℃, the dynamic recrystallization will occours, and the grain size increases, the dislocation will gradually disappear, and the fracture characteristics is mixed state for creep holes and dimple fracture.
