摘要
研究了变形温度、变形量和冷却速度等参数对建筑抗震钢板形变组织的影响。结果表明,不同变形温度、不同变形量和不同冷却速度下的建筑抗震钢板的组织均为铁素体+马氏体;随着变形温度的增加、变形量的减小和冷却速度的降低,铁素体的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小;随着轧制温度的降低、变形量的增加和冷却速度的降低,马氏体体积百分含量减小。
The effects of deformation temperature, deformation ratio and cooling speed on the microstmcture of building seismic steel plate were investigated. The results show that the microstructures of the seismic steel plate under different deformation temperature, different deformation ration and cooling speed are all ferrite and martensite. With the increase of deformation temperature, decrease of deformation ratio and cooling speed, the grain size of ferrite is decreasing. With the decrease of rolling temperature, the increase of deformation ratio and the decrease of cooling speed, the percentage of martensite will decrease.
