摘要
改革开放40年来,我国教研员承担了教学研究、教学指导、考试组织、教师培训、教育决策服务、课程政策研究、校本课程领导等多种任务,但受专业制度缺失、行为习性固化、理论研究不足、教育资源多元等因素制约,其角色更新面临诸多亟待突破的困境。面对新时代教育领域主要矛盾的变化,教研员应实现角色与职能的新陈代谢,加强对区域教育改革发展的顶层设计,促进基础教育的质量提升和均衡发展;深入推进"互联网+教育",促使互联网技术与教育教学的深度融合;深化中小学学科建设,促进基础教育课程改革的深化;扎根课堂教学实践创新,引领中小学课堂变革。
Over the 40 years of reform and opening-up, teaching and research staff in China have undertaken various tasks, such as teaching research, teaching guidance, examination organization, teacher training, education decision-making services, curriculum policy research and school-based curriculum leadership. However, as a result of the lack of professional systems, solidification of behavioral habits, insufficient theoretical researches and educational resources, role updates of teaching and research staff has encountered many difficulties. Facing the changes of the main contradictions in the education field in the new era, the teaching and research staff should realize the metabolism of roles and functions, strengthen the top-level design of regional education reform and development, improve the quality and balance the development of basic education. What's more, teaching and research staff are supposed to promote the "Internet + education" in depth, so that Internet technology and educational teaching could be integrated deeply. They also need to lead the construction of primary and secondary disciplines in order to promote the deepening of basic education curriculum reform. Last but not least, they should root in the innovation of classroom teaching practice and guide the classroom reform of primary and secondary schools.
