摘要
可剥离膜可对设施设备等提供临时性保护,但对其是否腐蚀金属尚不明确。利用电化学阻抗谱法(EIS)研究了短期内可剥离膜对Fe、Al和Cu 3种金属的电化学行为。结果表明:未涂装可剥离膜的Fe、Cu在15 d内发生了腐蚀,而涂装可剥离膜的3种金属均得到了有效保护,对Fe的保护作用最强;在试验周期内,随着时间的延长,涂层保护作用不断增强。
Strippable Coating is a kind of temporary protective material for some facilities, but the possibility of corrosion effect on metal materials was not explicit. Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used to study the electrochemical behavior of the Fe, Al and Cu in a short tenn. Results showed that the corrosion of Fe and Cu without coating appeared within 15 days, while the three coated metals could be effectively protected, especially Fe. Furthermore, the protective effect increased with the prolongation of time.
