The Construction of China's Income Distribution System in the New Era——Based on Marx's Logic of“Division of Labor,Interests and Distribution”

借助马克思"分工—利益—分配"的逻辑可知,传统分工体系衍生出利益失衡之困,导致了收入分配失衡问题。因此,只有在现代化经济体系建设中推动社会分工、企业网络分工以及企业内分工新调整,纠偏各层面利益失衡格局,促进收入分配结构优化,以之实现"分工—利益—分配"整体演进,才能破解收入分配失衡问题,不断推进新时代收入分配体系建设。

With the help of Marx＇s logic of ＂division of labor, interests and distribution＂, we can see that the traditional division of labor derives from the imbalances of interest, which leads to the imbalance of income distribution. Therefore, we must promote social division of labor, network division of labor and new adjustment of division of labor within enterprises in the construction of modern economic system, correct the pattern of interest imbalance in various levels, promote the optimization of income distribution structure, and realize the overall evolution of ＂division of labor, interests and distribution＂. Only in this way can we solve the problem of income distribution imbalance and constantly push forward the construction of income distribution system in the new era.
