On the Political Communication Thought of Marx and Engels

人民报刊思想、无产阶级党报思想和政治宣传思想,构成了马克思恩格斯政治传播思想的基本内容。马克思恩格斯运用现代政治传播学的学术话语理解和认识政治传播现象,科学地阐明了现代政治传播学的基本原理,揭示出现代政治传播过程中政治组织、媒体、人民之间的基本关系,概括出现代政治传播活动的基本规律。这一系列思想既分析了现代政治传播的理论基础,又指出了无产阶级政治传播的实践进路,在社会主义中国均有理论上的延续。把马克思恩格斯有关政治传播的基本原理应用到习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的政治传播过程当中,推动新时代中国特色社会主义思想深入人心是当前政治传播必须坚持的根本方向。

People＇s press thoughts, proletarian party＇s newspaper and political propaganda ideology constitute the basic contents of Marx and Engels＇s political communication thought. Marx and Engels used the academic discourse of modern political communication to understand the phenomenon of political communication. They scientifically expounded the basic principles of modern political communication, and revealed the basic relations among political organizations, media and people in the process of generation of political communication. This series of thoughts not only analyzes the theoretical basis of modern political communication, but also points out the practical path of proletarian political communication. These ideas have a theoretical continuity in socialist China. We should apply the basic principles of Marx and Engels＇s political communication to the political communication process of Xi Jinping＇s thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, so as to promote the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era to be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. This is the fundamental direction for current political communication.
