中国特色大国外交话语体系是关于中国特色大国外交的思想、理论、战略与政策的系统化、条理化和规范化的表达系统。它以人类命运共同体为指导理念,以中国外交理论为学理基础,以中国外交实践的战略性话语和政策性话语为构成主体,以中国特色社会主义为本质特征。中国特色大国外交话语体系的构建要坚持融通性、传承性、统一性、实践性原则。其功能是服务于中国的和平发展外交战略、引导世界秩序变革方向、促进中国的学术研究和学科发展、展现中国的负责任大国形象。

Discourse system of the major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics is a systematic, logical and standardized expression system for the ideas, theories, strategies and pol- icies of major country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics. It is guided by the idea of community of shared future for mankind, based on China＇s diplomatic theory. Its main body is strategic discourse and the policy discourse of China＇s diplomatic practice. Socialism with Chinese characteristics is the essential attribute.
