溧阳抽水蓄能电站机组调试期间主要缺陷及处理

Main Defects and Treatment during Commissioning of Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station

溧阳抽水蓄能电站6台机组调试过程中出现了推力外循环系统噪声和振动问题,蜗壳均压阀位置信号丢失问题,主轴密封供水流量过低问题,尾闸液压启闭机吊轴监测装置故障,液压回路液动阀、电磁阀卡涩问题,下导瓦、推力瓦瓦温测点温度跳变,机组调速系统事故配压阀动作异常等缺陷,通过对这些缺陷及处理情况进行总结,为同类项目提供参考。

In the commissioning process of 6 units of Liyaug Pumped-storage Power Station, some defects are occurred, including the noise and vibration problem of thrust external circulation system, the loss of position signal of volute pressure valve, the low flow rate problem of water supply for main shaft seal, the damage of monitoring device for tail water gate hydraulic hoist shaft, the jam problems of hydraulic valve and solenoid valve in hydraulic circuit, the temperature jump problem of temperature measurement points in lower guide pad and thrust pad, and the abnormal operation of emergency distributing valve of governing system. The treatments of these defects are summarized for providing reference to similar projects.
