抽水蓄能发电电动机推力瓦位移案例分析与处理 被引量:2

摘要 推力瓦位移问题是一个比较具有代表性的问题,蓄能机组和常规机组均出现过。针对溧阳抽水蓄能电站发电电动机推力瓦位移问题,分析其产生位移的原因,采取了改换推力瓦内侧挡板材质,将外侧挡板与薄瓦把合固定,在推力瓦装配外侧左右两侧借用薄瓦和托瓦的起吊孔增加两个把合固定挡板,调整高压油顶起装置在机组停机后延时退出的时间及对损坏的推力瓦进行处理并检查合格后回装等措施,取得了良好的效果。 The displacement of thrust pad is a relatively representative problem in pumped-storage unit and conventional hydropower unit. In view of the displacement problem of thrust pad of generator-motor in Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station, the reasons for the displacement are analyzed and some treatments are carried out. These treatments include changing the material of inner baffle of thrust pad, fixing outer baffle and thin pad together, adding two fixed baffles on the left and right sides of the outer side of thrust pad by using the hoisted holes of thin pad and pillow, adjusting the delayed time of high- pressure oil jacking device after unit shutdown, and treating damaged thrust pad and reassembly. The actual operation shows that these measures have achieved good results,
