溧阳抽水蓄能电站SFC系统缺陷分析与处理 被引量:1

摘要 溧阳抽水蓄能电站抽水启动方式采用SFC启动,针对电站SFC系统调试及运行初期遇到的问题,分析了转子初始位置测量故障、SFC功率柜绝缘不合格、SFC输入变压器轻瓦斯报警、SFC机网桥差流保护动作和流程超时故障等产生的原因,介绍了处理过程。SFC系统故障处理后,电站抽水工况启动成功率显著提升。 The pumping starting of Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station is operated by SFC. The problems eneountered in the commissioning and initial operation of the SFC system of power station, such as rotor initial position measurement fault, insulation failed of SFC power cabinet, light gas alarm of SFC input transformer, differential protection fault of network bridge and machine bridge, and process timeout fault, are analyzed, and the treatments of faults are introduced. After the fault treatment of SFC system, the success rate of pumping starting operation of power station is significantly improved.
