摘要
在介绍SJ-12D手自动准同期装置的工作原理的基础上,对溧阳抽水蓄能电站机组运行过程中出现的2次同期合闸失败案例进行了深入分析,对同期装置进行了改造,将同步检查继电器更换为DSLD1130数字式同步检查继电器,并对机组水头传感器定期检查排气,提高了机组同期合闸成功率。
On the basis of the understanding of operating principles of SJ-12D manual/automatic quasi-synchronization device, two failure cases of synchronous operation in Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station are analyzed. Based on the results, the synchronization device is modified. The synchronous check relay is replaced by a DSLD1130 digital synchronous check relay, and the water head sensor of unit is periodically checked for gas exhausting, which improves the success rate of simultaneous closing.
