摘要 根据溧阳抽水蓄能电站负荷成组及紧急支援控制系统的功能和控制要求及紧急支援控制系统的试验过程及实际运行情况,将负荷成组逻辑修改为早开早停模式,解决了发电抽水时间间隔短时的衔接不上的问题,避免了机组运行时间不均衡问题;确定人为分析判断机组运行性能和及时处置机组异常运行情况更为可靠,故逻辑修改为机组开停机优先级只根据人为设定值。溧阳电站负荷成组及紧急支援控制系统现已投入运行,因功能逻辑还需在各种异常情况下进一步验证,暂时在人工指导模式下运行。 According to the function and control requirements of load grouping and emergency support control system of Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station and the test process and actual operation of emergency support control system, the load grouping logic is modified to the mode of early starting and early shut-down, which can solve the switching problem between generating operation and pumping operation when no sufficient switching time and avoid the imbalance of operation duration between units. As artificial judgment is more reliable to the operation performance of unit and the treatment of abnormal operation of unit, the control logic is changed to determine the starting/shut-down priority of unit only according to artificial settings. The load grouping and emergency support control system of Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station has been put into operation. As the function logic needs to be further verified under various abnormal operation conditions, the system is currently operated in manual-guidance mode.
