Preparation and Performance Analysis of PHA/Fly Ash Composites

摘要 分别以γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)改性粉煤灰及未改性粉煤灰为填料,采用熔融共混法制备了聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)基复合材料,并从微观形貌、物理力学性能、热力学性能等方面对上述复合体系进行了评价。结果表明:KH560的加入使PHA基体与粉煤灰之间发生反应,改善了二者的相容性;粉煤灰的加入对PHA材料起到增韧的作用;粉煤灰的添加可以改善PHA材料的热性能。 Polyhydroxyalkanoates/fly ash(PHA/FA) composites were prepared by the way of melt blending, with the γ-(2,3-epoxypropoxy)propytrimethoxy-silane(KH560) modified FA or unmodified FA as the filler. Then the composites were evaluated in terms of morphology, physical mechanical properties and thermodynamic properties. The results showd that: the KH560 acted as coupling agent of PHA and FA by chemical reaction, and eff ectively increased the compatibility of FA and PHA. The addition of FA could enhance the toughness of PHA. The addition of FA could improve the thermal properties of PHA.
