Preparation of Modified HCCMR and Its Application in WPE

摘要 采用YDH171、UP311偶联剂分别对鱼腥草中药废渣(HCCMR)进行改性,得到两种改性填料YDH171-HCCMR、UP311-HCCMR,然后通过挤塑辊轧成型工艺将其分别与废旧聚乙烯(WPE)复合。探讨了偶联剂种类及用量对WPE/改性HCCMR复合材料力学性能的影响,从而确定较优的偶联剂及其最佳用量。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、尺寸变化率测定仪考察了最佳偶联剂及HCCMR用量条件下的复合材料微观形貌及尺寸稳定性。结果表明:随着偶联剂用量的增加,两种WPE/改性HCCMR复合材料的冲击强度、静曲强度、弹性模量均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。其中,偶联剂YDH171对HCCMR的改性效果优于UP311,其能有效改善HCCMR与WPE基体的相容性。当改性HCCMR(YDH171-HCCMR)用量为复合材料质量的15%,且偶联剂YDH171用量为HCCMR质量的2%时,改性HCCMR在WPE基体中具有良好的分散性,二者界面结合力较强,复合材料的力学性能最佳,尺寸稳定性及综合经济性相对较好。 The houttuynia cordata Chinese medicine residue(HCCMR) was modified by coupling agent YDH171 and UP311, and the two kinds of modifi ed HCCMRs were obtained respectively. Then the waste polyethylene(WPE)/modified HCCMR composites were prepared by using the extrusion roller depressing molding process. The effects of variety and dosage of coupling agent content on mechanical properties of the WPE/modifi ed HCCMR composites were studied, and the optimum coupling agent and its content were selected. Moreover, the scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and size change rate analyzers were employed, and the micro-morphology and dimensional stability of the WPE/modified HCCMR composite with optimum coupling agent and optimum amount were investigated. The results show that the impact strength, static bending strength and elastic modulus of the WPE/modifi ed HCCMR composites increase first and then decrease with the increasing contents of the two coupling agents. The modifi cation effect of coupling agent YDH171 is better than that of UP311, the compatibility between HCCMR and WPE matrix can be improved evidently. When YDH171-HCCMR content is 15% of the composites, and the content of YDH171 is 2% of HCCMR, the modifi ed HCCMR has good dispersion, strong interfacial binding force with WPE matrix, and the composite shows the best mechanical properties, and good dimensional stability and comprehensive economy.
