摘要
针对大型板类挤吹中空制品普遍存在力学性能差的问题,以挤吹医用床头板为例,通过设计L9(4^3)正交试验表,基于Workbench软件研究了不同加强筋尺寸参数对其应力和变形量的影响,得到最佳参数组合,再进一步对最佳组合进行模拟验证,最后再对一种挤吹医用床头板的隐形加强筋结构进行对比研究。分析结果表明:优化后的加强筋与隐形加强筋结构均可提高制品的力学性能,该研究可为大型板类挤吹制品的结构设计提供有效指导。
To solve the problems of bad mechanical properties of large extrusion blowing board, extruded medical headboard was taken as an example. A L9(43) orthogonal experiment was designed to study the effects of different dimension parameters on stress and deformation results by workbench software, the optimal combination of parameters were obtained and verified by simulation. An extruded medical headboard with invisible reinforcing rib was fi nally studied to draw a comparison. The analysis results show that both optimal and invisible reinforcing rib can improve the machanical properties of products, which can provide eff ective guidance for structure design of large extrusion blowing board.
