Injection Mold Design of the Snore Solution Based on CAD/CAE

摘要 分析了止鼾舌套的结构与性能特点,利用有限元模流分析平台MoldFlow对制件进行了浇口位置优化及成型窗口分析,获取了较优的注塑成型工艺参数。结合理论计算,运用CAD软件对制件进行了模具设计,有效提高了产品设计质量,缩短了模具的设计周期。经试制验证,所设计的模具运行可靠,对企业的实际生产具有较好的指导意义。 Based on the structure and performance characteristics of the snore solution, the gate position was optimized and the molding window was analyzed by Mold Flow, and the better injection molding process parameters were obtained. Combined with theoretical calculation, the mold design was carried out with CAD software, which eff ectively improved the quality of product design and shortened the design cycle of molds. The trial manufacture proves that the designed mold is reliable and has a good guiding signifi cance for the actual production of the enterprises.
