维卡软化温度检测能力验证研究

Study on Proficiency Testing for Measurement of Vicat Softening Temperature

开展了浙江省内检验机构硬聚氯乙烯（PVC-U）排水管材的维卡软化温度检测能力验证。对样品的制备、均匀性、稳定性和能力验证评价等进行了研究,采用Z比分数评价各参与检验机构的测试结果。本项目所采用的方法可以评价各参与检验机构对PVC-U排水管材维卡软化温度的检测能力。

The proficiency testing for measurement of Vicat softening temperature of unplasticized poly（vinyl chloride）（PVC-U） drainage pipes in inspection agency in Zhejiang province is carried out. The sample preparation, uniformity, stability and proficiency testing evaluation were studied. The test results of each participating testing institution were evaluated by using Z-score. The method adopted in this project can be used to evaluate the testing capacity of the Vicat softening temperature of PVC-U drainage pipes of each participating testing institution.
