摘要
目的介绍三级医院供应室消毒物品动态追溯管理系统的构建以及应用等相关情况,为各级医院的研发提供参考。方法黄石市中心医院2014年9月起结合本院实际情况,组成专业的开发团队自主研发了全程信息化管理的、科学的、精确的"消毒供应中心物品追溯系统"。对我院应用消毒供应中心物品追溯系统前后[2016年10~12月(应用前)和2017年1~3月(应用后)]的器械清洗质量、配包质量、发放正确率、库存数量等情况进行统计分析。结果应用消毒供应中心物品追溯系统后,每个月处理的总件数由(15 337.25±942.56)件/月增加至(22 613.18±1 086.32)件/月,清洁率由95.09%升高至99.75%;包装的正确率由96.33%升高至99.86%;发放包的数量由(12 189.23±1 027.57)件/月提升至(16 271.12±995.75)件/月,正确率由96.17%升高至99.98%,物品包的过期率由2.10%降低至0.67%(P<0.05);消毒供应中心库存正确率、手术室库存正确率和临床科室库存正确率由91.36%、93.27%和90.83%提高至100.00%。以上各项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论供应室消毒物品动态追溯管理系统在我院的应用效果良好,其不仅能够满足提高供应物品质量,保证诊疗效果,而且简单易行、节约劳动力,提高CSSD的工作效率及工作质量。
Objective To introduce the construction and application of the traceable dynamic management system in the supply room, and provides reference for the research and development of hospitals. Methods From September 2014, a specialized team in Huangshi Central Hospital has independently developed a completely informationalized, scientific and accurate"traceable dynamic management system for disinfection products in supply room", according to the actual situation of the hospital. The quality of the equipment cleaning, the quality of the package, the correct rate and the quantity of the inventory were analyzed before and after the application of the traceable dynamic management system(October 2016 to December 2016 [before application] and January 2017 to March 2017 [after application]). Results After the application of the traceable dynamic management system, the total number of treatments per month increased from(15 337.25 ± 942.56) per month to(22 613.18 ± 1 086.32) per month, and the cleaning rate increased from 95.09% to 99.75%; the accuracy of packaging increased from 96.33% to99.86%; the number of packages issued increased from(12 189.23 ± 1 027.57) per month to(16 271.12 ± 995.75) per month, the correct rate increased from 96.17% to 99.98%, and the expiration rate of the packages decreased from 2.10%to 0.67%(P〈0.05); the accuracy rates of disinfection supply center inventory, operation room inventory and clinical department inventory were increased from 91.36%, 93.27%, 90.83% to 100.00%, 100.00%, 100.00%. The differences in the above indicators were all statistically different(P〈0.05). Conclusion The traceable dynamic management system of disinfection items in supply room showed good application value in our hospital. It can not only satisfy the quality of supplies and guarantee the effect of diagnosis and treatment, but can also save the labor force and improve the work efficiency and quality of CSSD.
