《国际功能、残疾和健康分类·康复组合》评定量化标准(一)

Assessment Standard for the International Classification of Functioning,Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set(Ⅰ)

为进一步使用《国际功能、残疾和健康分类·康复组合》,国内学者在国际功能(ICF)分类基础上,通过文献研究,依据相关原则,结合我国具体情况,经反复论证,制定了《国际功能、残疾和健康分类·康复组合》评定量表标准。该标准共有30条类目,包括身体功能9条,活动14条,参与7条。标准详细描述了编制依据、适用范围、条目组成、结果评判、标准评定细则、特殊情况的使用以及使用注意事项,可用于评价康复患者功能、分析康复需求、指导临床实践。

For further use utilization of the international classification of functioning, disability and health rehabilitation set, the expertise group combined literature research, based on relevant fundamental principles to formulate assessment standard for ＂the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health Rehabilitation Set＂. The standard consist of 30 categories including 9 body functions, 14 activities, 7 participations. The standard describes detail of the basis of preparation, scope of application, composition of items, evaluation of results, criteria assessment, application under specific conditions, and precautions for use. It can be applied to evaluate the function of rehabilitation on patients, analyze rehabilitation needs and direct clinical practice.
