编制《铁路工程工程量清单计价规范》的必要性分析

铁路工程工程量清单计价模式是适应市场经济,有利于形成市场竞争机制的计价模式,目前在铁路建设工程的招投标中被广泛采用。此文通过对铁路工程计价模式的现状分析,并对《铁路工程工程量清单计价指南》使用过程中存在的问题进行分析,进而阐述编制《铁路工程清单计价规范》的必要性,并提出编制《铁路工程清单计价规范》的建议。

The pricing mode of railway engineering bill of quantities is adapted to the market economy and beneficial to the formation of market competition mechanism. It is widely used in the bidding of railway construction projects at present. The current situation of railway engineering pricing mode is analyzed, and the exist- ing problems in the use of the Guide for Pricing of Railway Engineering Bill of Quantities is discussed. The necessity of compiling the Code for Pricing of Railway Engineering Quantities List is further expoun ded. And the suggestions for specifications compilation are put forward.
