建立铁路站车商旅服务标准化体系的研究

Research on Establishing Standardization System of Railway Station and Train Business Travel Service

中国铁路总公司正在开展运输业务方面的标准化工作,立项开展铁路站车商旅服务标准化工作,有利于规范市场秩序、提高服务质量、提高劳动生产率,形成规模经济、增强服务企业核心竞争力,为铁路事业发展提供有利的技术支撑。此文从铁路站车商旅服务业务入手,借鉴我国服务业建立标准化的经验,通过研究,提出铁路站车商旅服务标准化体系框架。

China Railway Corporation is carrying out standardization work in transportation business. It is beneficial to standardize the market order, improve the service quality and labor productivity by carrying out the standardization work of railway station and train business travel service. Therefore, the scale economy of enterprise is formed, the core competitiveness of enterprises is strengthened, and the favorable technical support is provided for railway industry development. Drawing on the experience of establishing standardization in China＇s service industry, the standardization system framework for railway station and train business travel service is put forward through analysis.
