摘要
文章通过ADAMS软件对某型号叉剪式液压升降机运动学和动力学仿真分析,得到升降机工作过程中上平台的位移、速度、加速度变化曲线,及实际载重下液压缸推力与上、下滚轮组铰接点受力曲线。该虚拟样机仿真结果与实际工况一致,可作为计算液压系统流量和压强,进行强度分析与结构优化设计的参考和依据。
Through the simulation and analysis of the kinematics and dynamics of a type of fork shear hydraulic lift by ADAMS software, the displacement, speed and acceleration curve of the upper platform in the working process of the lift and the force curve of the hydraulic cylinder and the hinge joint of the upper and lower roller groups under the actual load are obtained. The simulation results of the virtual prototype are in accordance with the actual conditions, which can be used as reference and basis for calculating the flow and pressure of the hydraulic system and for the strength analysis and structural optimization design.
