摘要
本文采取体外培养原代骨髓源性肥大细胞的方法,在细胞水平上研究泥螺提取物对肥大细胞脱颗粒以及细胞因子释放的影响,同时建立小鼠被动皮肤过敏反应模型,在动物水平上研究泥螺提取物在小鼠中对过敏的作用。结果显示泥螺提取物能够显著抑制肥大细胞脱颗粒的作用和细胞因子的释放,在小鼠被动皮肤过敏反应模型中,泥螺提取物能明显减轻小鼠过敏反应的发生。
In the paper, bone marrow derived mast cells were cultured to investigate whether bullacta exarata extract can affect degranulation and cytokine production. Passive cutaneous anaphylaxis(PCA) mouse modle was used to explore whether exarata extract has effect on mice. The result of the study shows that bullacta exarata extract can inhibit cell degranulation and cytokine production in mast cell and IgE-mediated passive cutaneous anaphylaxis.
