基于过程性考核方法的建筑工程测量实训课程教学研究

摘要 针对传统的期末综合实训考核模式缺乏过程监督手段,无法保障教学质量,也无法对学生成绩做出有效评定的问题,提出了以过程性实训考核模式为补充的方法。过程性实训考核模式,提高了学生学习的积极性和持续性,也为学生成绩的评定提供了有效依据。经过实践表明,过程性考核还能在教学相长的过程中进一步提升教学质量,可进一步应用于多门技能操作课程。提出了将学生必须掌握的综合技能分解为多个基本技能点,予以分阶段考核,使实训考核的连续性、有效性和可操作性大大提高。 Traditional final assessment for practical training course is exposed to the problems such as being unable to guarantee the teaching quality and incapable to evaluate student's performance effectively since it lacks assessment to the learning process. In view of this, a process-oriented assessment method is put forward to supplement. The method motivates students to learn actively and continuously, and provides an effective basis for the assessment of students' performance. Through practice, the process-oriented assessment improves the teaching quality in the process of teaching, which can be further applied to many other training courses. The method decomposes required comprehensive skills into several basic skills, which can be assessed in stages respectively, so as to improve the continuity, effectiveness and operability of the training assessment.
