基于移动新媒介平台的PBL腹腔镜手术室护理教学效果观察

The Observation on Nursing Teaching Effect of PBL Laparoscopic Operation Room Based on Mobile New Media Platform

目的:探讨基于移动新媒介平台的PBL腹腔镜手术室护理教学的效果。方法:以2017年1月到7月在海南省人民医院手术室护理实习生70人作为研究对象,根据教学方法不同,随机分为联合组和PBL组,每组各35人。PBL组采用单一以问题为基础的教学模式进行护理教学,联合组则在运用移动新媒介的基础上联合PBL模式进行护理教学,待教学期满,比较两组实习生的出科成绩及对教学满意度。结果:联合组实习生的出科平均成绩特别是案例分析、实践操作成绩及对教学满意度均高于PBL组,且P<0.05。结论:联合方式教学提升了实习生学习的主动性和积极性,增强了护理操作动手能力,深得实习生欢迎,有助于提升教学满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of nursing teaching in PBL laparoscopic operation room based on mobile new media platform. Methods： From January 2017 to July in our hospital operation room nursing interns 70 people as the research object, according to the different methods of nursing teaching, randomly divided into joint teaching group and PBL teaching group two groups, each group 35 people each. The PBL teaching group using single PBL mode （problem-based learning） of nursing teaching, combined with teaching group based on mobile new media combined with PBL teaching mode in nursing teaching for nursing teaching period, compared with two groups of interns of grades, students＇ self learning evaluation, satisfaction of teaching effect. Results： The average score of the United Group of interns especially self learning evaluation case analysis and practice achievement, students and teaching satisfaction are significantly higher than those in PBL group, and there was significant difference in P〈0.05. Conclusion： Operation room PBL laparoscopic surgery nursing teaching based on the new mobile media platform, significantly enhance the activeness of nursing interns and enthusiasm in learning, enhance the operation ability of nursing interns, deeply welcome and improve the satisfaction of nursing teaching, it is worth popularizing.
