Construction and Application of Medical Personnel Technical Record Management Information System

目的:整合医疗技术档案资料,促进医疗技术信息共享。方法:设计并开发医务人员医疗技术档案管理信息系统,建立技术授权标准库。结果:医疗技术档案管理系统为医疗技术管理提供一种全流程信息化工具,对医务人员执业过程中形成的技术资料进行及时、客观的记录,最终形成医务人员技术档案。结论:整合技术档案资源;促进系统间医疗技术信息共享;为人才选拔、晋升、考核提供数据支撑。

Objective： To integrate medical technology record, promote the sharing of medical technology infomaation. MethocLs： Design and develop medical technology record management information system, establish the standard database of technical authorization. Results： The medical technology record management system provides a whole process information tool for medical technology management, which is timely and objective record of the technical data formed during the practice of medical personnel, and finally forms the medical personnel＇s technical file. Conclusion： Integrate technical archives resources; promote medical technology information sharing among systems; provide data support for talent selection, promotion and examination.
