内孔形式对聚四氟乙烯灭弧喷口烧结过程的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究高压开关设备用聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)灭弧喷口结构形式对成型质量的影响,采用有限元法对不同内孔形式灭弧喷口制品的烧结过程瞬态热交换进行仿真分析,研究烧结温度场均匀性对熔融和重结晶过程的影响,并对烧结后的制品进行X射线检测分析。结果表明:相对于竖直结构的灭弧喷口,V型内孔结构的灭弧喷口内部温度场分布更加均匀,不易引起热量积聚。V型内孔结构对于减少灭弧喷口内孔膨胀及裂纹问题具有实际意义。 In order to study the influence of structure forms of PTFE quenching nozzle used in high-voltage switchgear on the molding quality, the transient heat exchange in the sintering process of quenching nozzles with different inner hole forms was simulated and analyzed by finite element method. The effects of sintering temperature field uniformity on the melting and recrystallization process were studied, and the products after sintering were detected by X-Ray. The results show that the inner temperature field distribution of quenching nozzle with V-shaped inner hole structure is more uniform comparing with the quenching nozzle with vertical structure, and the heat is not easy to accumulate. The V-shaped inner hole structure has practical significance to reduce the expansion and crack problems of inner holes for quenching nozzle.
