初产妇产后缺乳的子午流注穴位按摩干预

Effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage on postpartum hypogalactia in primiparas

目的探讨子午流注穴位按摩对初产妇产后缺乳的干预效果。方法将60例自然分娩的初产妇,随机分为干预组和对照组各30例。对照组予常规乳房护理,干预组在此基础上,按子午流注理论于辰时(7:00~9:00)足阳明胃经,未时(13:00~15:00)手太阳小肠经,戌时(19:00~21:00)手厥阴心包经进行穴位按摩,15min/次,3次/d,连续3d。比较两组产妇干预后的泌乳素分泌情况、乳房充盈程度及泌乳量。结果两组均能有效改善缺乳状态。干预后,干预组泌乳素含量,乳房充盈度、泌乳量评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论子午流注穴位按摩可有效促进初产妇产后泌乳素分泌,促使乳房充盈,增加泌乳量。

Objective To discuss the effect of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage on postpartum hypogalactia in primiparas.Methods A total of 60 primiparas bearing a child through the vagina were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cases each.The control group were given routine breast care,while the intervention group additionally received midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage：massage was performed at 7：00-9：00 on the accupoints along the Stomach Meridian of Foot-Yangming,at 13：00-15：00 along Small Instestine Meridian of Hand-Taiyang,and at 19：00-21：00 along Pericardium Meridian of Hand-Jueyin,15 min each session,for 3 consecutive days.Prolactin secretion,the degree of breast filling,and the volume of milk production,were compared between the 2 groups.Results Postpartum hypogalactia was relieved in both groups.However,prolactin secretion,the degree of breast filling,and the volume of milk production in the intervention group were significantly higher and larger than the controls（P〈0.01 for all）.Conclusion Midnight-noon ebb-flow acupoint massage can effectively promote secretion of prolactin in primiparas after childbirth,improve breast filling and increase milk production.
