菜单式教学在神经外科护生临床教学的应用 被引量:13

摘要 目的探讨菜单式教学在神经外科护生临床教学中的应用效果。方法将护生120人随机分为常规教学组和菜单式教学组各60人,分别实施常规教学方法和菜单式教学方法;4周实习结束后对两组护生分别进行理论、操作、案例分析及评判性思维能力评价。结果两组理论、操作及案例分析考核成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);菜单式教学组评判性思维总分及分析能力、系统化能力、评判性思维的自信心、求知欲维度得分显著优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论应用菜单式教学能够激发护生的学习兴趣,有效提高护生在神经外科临床教学中的理论及操作成绩,同时提升护生的评判性思维、管理、沟通、组织和协调能力。 Objective To explore the efect applying menu-based teaching method in department of neurosurgery for nursing students.Methods A total of 120 nursing students were randomly and evenly divided into a control group,who were subjected to traditional teaching method,and an menu group,who were assigned to receive menu-based teaching.Four weeks later,the two groups were evaluated through theoretical knowledge exam,skill exam,case analysis,and critical thinking ability assesment.Results The results of theoretical knowledge,skill exam,and case analysis had significant differences between the 2 groups(P〈0.01 for all);the menu group had higher critical thinking ability scores and multiple dimension scores than the control groups(P〈0.01 for all).Conclusion Menu-based teaching can stimulate students′interest in learning,enhance results of theoretical knowledge,and skill exam,and improve students′abilities of critical thinking,management,communication,organization and coordination.
