机用镍钛根管“滑行道”预备器械的现状及研究进展

摘要 根管"滑行道"预备是指从根管口到根尖孔的初步敞开,为后续的根管成形锉提供一个滑行通道,是安全根管预备的基础。机用镍钛根管滑行道预备器械从2009年开始出现,现逐渐在临床上普及。该文就机用镍钛根管滑行道预备器械的种类、机械性能及滑行道预备效果作一综述。 Endodontic root canal glide path preparation is defined as a preliminary patency of the root canal from the canal orifice to the apical foramen, which provides a smooth tunnel for subsequent shaping files to follow, and it is considered as the foundation for a safer root canal preparation. Mechanical glide path instruments were firstly introduced to the market in 2009, and it is gradually popu- larized in clinic. In this paper, the categories, the mechanical properties of several glide path systems and their preparation outcomes are extensively reviewed.
