摘要
通过优选设备及工艺,制备了可用于中性透明硅酮胶的高比表纳米碳酸钙,其一次粒径在10~20 nm、BET比表面积达到100~120 m2/g。该高比表纳米碳酸钙经有机酸盐、无机酸酯、硅烷偶联剂等进行表面复合处理,用于中性透明胶中兼具补强性、配伍性和加工性能,可部分替代白炭黑并提高其在密封胶体系中的分散性,从而提高成品胶的性能并降低其生产成本。
High specific surface area calcium carbonate which can be used for neutral transparent silicone glue by preferred equipment and process. Its primary particle size is 10 ~20 nm, and its BET specific surface area is 100 ~120 m^2/g. The ultrafine nano calcium carbonate is surface treated by organic acid salt, inorganic acid ester, silane coupling agent or the like,and used in neutral transparent adhesives for reinforcement, compatibility and processing properties. It can partially replace white carbon black and improve its dispersibility in the sealant system, thereby improving the performance of the glue and reducing its production cost.
