兰州荣光陇汇广场地下空间防水设计与施工技术

Waterproofing Design and Construction Technology for Underground Space of Rongguang Longhui Plaza in Lanzhou

摘要 兰州某城市综合体项目地下室防水,底板和侧墙选用双组分聚氨酯防水涂料,顶板选用双组分聚氨酯防水涂料+高聚物改性沥青耐根穿刺防水卷材,消防水池、集水井、采光井等部位涂抹JS防水涂料加强,形成完整的防水体系,保证了项目的长久运营。 For waterproofing of the underground space of some urban complex in Lanzhou, two-component polyurethane waterproofing coating is adopted for the floor and side walls; two-component polyurethane waterproofing coating plus high polymer modified bituminous root-resistant waterproofing membrane are employed for the roof plates; fire-water pond, water collecting well and light well are reinforced with JS waterproofing coating. Thus, an integrated waterproofing system is formed and it guarantees the long-term running of the project.
