摘要 目的探讨临床护理兼职教师的教学能力、教学效能感、教学质量以及教学质量的影响因素。方法采取问卷调查法对201名临床护理兼职教师进行了调查,分析影响临床教学质量的相关因素。结果教学能力得分为(75.43±11.68)分,教学效能感总分为(110.45±16.73)分,教学质量总分为(105.38±12.17)分。3个变量之间呈中等相关关系。多元线性回归分析结果显示,教师的教学年限〉5年、接受过教学培训、教学能力、教学效能感对教学质量有影响,4个变量解释了总变异的62.0%。其中,教学能力、教学效能感得到了较高的回归系数(β=0.61、0.45)。结论要加强对临床护理兼职教师的系统、专业培训,开展教学质量的管理与监督,为临床教学质量持续提升提供保障。 Objective To test the teaching ability, teaching efficacy, teaching quality and its correlated factors of teaching quality in part-time nursing teachers. Methods The questionnaire survey were used in 201 part-time nursing teachers, and the factors influencing teaching quality were tested. Results The total scores in teaching ability were (75.43 ± 11.68) points, (110.45 ±16.73) points for teaching efficacy, (105.38±12.17) points for teaching quality. There were moderate correlated relationships among these variables. The factors influencing teaching quality included over 5 years in teaching time, teaching training, teaching ability and teaching efficacy by multivariable regression analysis, these variables accounted for 62.0% variance. There were higher coefficients (β=0.61, 0.45) in teaching ability and efficacy. Conclusions The following measures should be performed for part-time nursing teachers, such as teaching training and supervision, in order to improve clinical teaching quality.
