摘要
对《药品红外光谱集》中乙醇红外光谱图的制样方法进行探讨。分别考察了液体池法和空白溴化钾片法制备乙醇样品的优劣,通过结果分析和资料查询,发现与空白溴化钾片法比较,液体池法制得的红外光谱图更准确、操作简便,与《药品红外光谱集》中的对照图谱吻合度更高。建议《药品红外光谱集》再版时,乙醇红外样品制备方法增加更高效的液体池法,由用户自行选择制样方法,并规范其英文表述。
To discuss the preparation of alcohol specimen in Atlas of infrared spectra of drugs,the advantages and disadvantages of the liquid cell method and the blank potassium bromide disk method were studied respectively. Through result analysis and information searching,it was found that the liquid cell method is better than the blank potassium bromide disk method for alcohol. In adation,it is easy to operate. It is suggested that the liquid cell method for sample preparation of alcohol should stomdardize in the next edition of atlas of infrared spectra of drugs. Moreover,it should standardize its English expression.
