紫草祛银洗方治疗寻常型银屑病(血热证)的临床观察及护理经验

Clinical Efficacy in Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris(Blood Calorie Syndrome) by Using Zicao-quyin Bath and Nursing Experience

探讨紫草祛银洗方治疗寻常型银屑病(血热证)的临床疗效及护理经验。将60例属血热证的寻常型银屑病患者随机均等分成2组,对照组给予卡泊三醇软膏外涂治疗,实验组给予紫草祛银洗方外洗治疗。统计并分析不同治疗方式对患者的PASI头皮评分、不良反应发生率和糠秕马拉色菌阳性检出率的影响。治疗后两组患者的PASI头皮评分与治疗前相比均明显下降(P<0.05);实验组与对照组的总有效治疗率较一致(P>0.05);实验组暂时性局部刺激或皮炎的发生率相比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),说明自制的紫草祛银洗方对治疗头皮寻常型银屑病(血热证)具有良好的临床疗效,效果等同于卡泊三醇软膏,且副作用小。此外,实验组患者治疗前后的糠秕马拉色菌阳性检出率具有显著差异(P<0.05)。根据中医理论研制的紫草祛银洗方具有抑制糠秕马拉色菌生长,减少炎症反应的功效,结合科学的护理能够更好地治疗寻常型银屑病(血热证)。

To explore the clinical efficacy in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris（ blood calorie syndrome） by using the Zicao-quyin bath and nursing experience,60 cases of psoriasis vulgaris（ blood calorie syndrome） were divided into 2 groups by lottery method. The control group was treated with Calcipotriol,and the experimental group was treated with Zicao-quyin bath. The influence of different treatment method on patients with PASI score,adverse reactions and positive detection rate of Malassezia furfur was observed and analyzed. The PASI scalp scores of two groups before and after treatment were significantly different（ P〈 0. 05）. The total effective rate of two groups of patients had no significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The incidence of temporary local irritation or dermatitis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. It was indicated that Zicao-quyin bath possessed a clinical efficacy equivalent of Calcipotriol,and the adverse reactions occurred less. In addition,the Malassezia furfur positive rate of experimental group before and after treatment had significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The Zicao-quyin bath based on the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine could inhibit the growth of Malassezia furfur and reduce the inflammation effect. The bath combined with scientific nursing could have better clinical efficacy in psoriasis vulgaris（ blood calorie syndrome）.
