摘要
纳米尺寸的药物体系因其独特的微粒结构使其在应用和药效发挥上比传统药物具有明显优势,如在体液中更好的溶解性、更佳的药物选择性以及对人体低副作用等。壳聚糖作为优异的天然高分子材料,不仅在自然界中储备丰富、易于获取,还具有良好的生物相容性、组织粘附性和可吸收性,更重要的是壳聚糖分子中含有的羟基和氨基等功能基团,有利于按需要进行化学改性,也因此由壳聚糖为载体的纳米载药系统获得了专家学者们的广泛关注和研究。文章将对以壳聚糖及其衍生物为基材的纳米药物系统的制备和性能、及在肿瘤靶向治疗中的作用机制和应用作一综述。
The nano-meter drug system has many advantages over the conventional medicine in anti-tumor treatment,such as higher solubility in aqueous solution,good selectivity and less side effects on human body. Lots of materials have been studied for drug carrier.Among them,Chitosan is one of the most excellent interesting substrates owing to its good biocompatibility,biodegradability and physico-chemical properties. And the groups of-NH2 and-OH in its molecule help Chitosan to possess many adjustable capabilities and through them many chemical reactions can take place to modify Chitosan's characteristics as we need. In this paper,the author reviewed the progresses in the preparations,potential applications and the mechanism of Chitosan-based nano-particle drugs in targeted therapy on tumors.
