摘要
动物毒素因其结构新颖、生物活性强等特点一直以来都是研究的热点,是药物开发和临床应用等多领域重要的资源。随着转录组测序技术的快速发展和成本降低,使得转录组学研究更加深入,生物质谱技术的不断更新和完善,蛋白质组学研究进入了新的高度。动物毒素的研究最初是通过分离单一组分进行结构和功能分析,而如今将转录组测序分析和基于质谱的蛋白质组学技术联合运用到动物毒素的研究中,并通过数据库搜索软件实现质谱数据到蛋白的鉴定,使得动物毒素的研究进入了新的发展阶段,在动物毒素蛋白鉴定,新活性蛋白发现,进化分析等多方面发挥了重要作用。文章综述了近年来通过转录组学和蛋白质组学联用在多种动物毒素研究中的具体应用。
Animal toxin,an important resource in drug development and clinical application,which always is the research focus because of its novel structure and strong biological activity. With the rapid development and cost reduction of transcriptome sequencing technique,transcriptome research is more advanced. The proteomics research has entered a new level owing to the constant update of biological mass spectrometry technique. The study of animal toxin initially was to purify the single component for structural and functional analysis. But now,transcriptome sequencing analysis and proteomics research based on mass spectrometry have been applied to the animal toxins research,through the database software to realize the mass spectrum data to the protein identification,which makes the study of animal toxins into the new stage,transcriptome and proteome plays an important role in the identification of animal toxin proteins,discovery of new active proteins,and analysis of evolution. This paper has reviewed the application of transcriptomes and proteomics in the study of various animal toxins in recent years.
