Community Regeneration:Communication,Consensus to Cooperation

随着我国城镇化进程的快速推进,社区更新日益成为当前各地城市更新的重要内容。从城市更新到社区更新,不仅仅是从宏观到微观的尺度变化,更代表城市规划和建设范式的变革,以及城市发展向人本价值的回归。面对大量存量型社会空间亟待更新的现状,结合北京近年来社区更新的前沿案例,文章提出采用社会性设计重新修复和优化社会空间关系,关注沟通的意义及其力量,推进"沟通-共识-共同行动"的参与式社区更新。

Amid the rapid urbanization process in China, community regeneration has been an important content of the urban regeneration in many cities. From urban regeneration to community regeneration, it means not only the change in spatial scale, from macro to micro, but also the transition of urban planning and construction mode, as well as the return to human-centric values of urban development. Facing the urgent challenges of large amount of existing social space in need of regeneration, based on the analysis of frontier cases of community regeneration in recent Beijing, the paper proposes to repair and improve the socio-spatial relationship through the method of social design, to concentrate on the meaning and power of communication, and to promote the participatory community regeneration from communication, consensus to cooperation.
