石墨烯/环氧树脂复合材料的阻燃机理研究 被引量:6

摘要 环氧树脂的阻燃性差已成为限制其工业生产应用的关键因素,加入石墨烯型阻燃剂可改善其阻燃性能。简要介绍了石墨烯及几种改性石墨烯与环氧树脂的复合材料,使环氧树脂的热稳定性提高,燃烧炭层致密,减少有毒烟气的挥发,提高了环氧树脂材料的火灾安全性。 The poor flame retardancy of epoxy resin became a key factor limiting its industrial application. The addition of graphene flame retardants could improve its flame retardancy. The composite materials of graphene and several modified graphene and epoxy resin were briefly introduced. The thermal stability of epoxy resin was improved, the combustion of carbon layer was compact, the volatilization of toxic smoke was reduced, and the fire safety of epoxy resin materials was improved.
