环氧基封隔材料的性能影响因素探究 被引量:1

摘要 基于油田固井作业中油井水泥对薄弱疏松地层浸润、封固效果较差这一情况,采用环氧树脂材料对此类地层进行单独局部封堵,以实现强化和辅助增韧固井水泥石的作用,对比了E-44和E-51树脂体系的性能差异,于室内实验条件下对其作用效果及影响因素进行了考察评价。结果表明,树脂E-44和E-51在稀释剂加量比为10%~30%范围下,固化剂用量维持在15%~25%范围内时,能使其初始黏度值有效控制在200 m Pa·s以下,承压强度稳定在40MPa以上,充分保证了其流动性,同时延长了固化时间,并在一定程度上提高了树脂材料的力学性能;韧性方面,主剂E-51较E-44对树脂体系的韧性改造程度更高,固化时间上无明显差异,但同时会略微降低其压缩强度。 Based on the poor infiltration and sealing effect of oil well cement in the weak and loose strata in oil field cementing operation, the epoxy resin material was used to block this kind of formation to realize the effect of strengthening and toughening the cementing cement. The performance difference between E-44 and E-51 resin system was compared. The effect and influencing factors were investigated and were evaluated. The results show that the initial viscosity of the resin E-44 and E-51 is under the range of 10% -30% and the diluent dosage is within the range of 15% - 25%. The initial viscosity of the resin can be effectively controlled below 200 mPa · s and the compressive strength is stable above 40 MPa, which fully guarantees the fluidity and prolongs the curing time and improves to a certain extent. In the aspect of toughness, the toughness of the main agent E-51 is higher than that of the E-44, and there is no obvious difference in the curing time, but at the same time it will slightly reduce its compressive strength.
