摘要
以聚丙烯腈为基体,通过将离子液体1-乙烯基-3-甲基咪唑碘([VMIm][I])与聚丙烯腈(PAN)进行原位聚合,制备了一系列阴离子交换膜(AEMs),应用红外光谱(FTIR)对膜的结构进行表征,并对膜进行了接触角、热失重分析、离子传导率及力学性能的测试。结果表明,该阴离子交换膜具有良好的亲水性、热稳定性、离子传导性能与拉伸强度。80℃下,当聚丙烯腈与离子液体的质量比为1∶1时,膜的综合性能最佳。
Using polyacryionitrile (PAN) as substrate, a series of anion exchange membranes (AEMs) were prepared by in-situ polymerization of 1-vinyl-3-methyl imidazolium iodide ( [ VMIm] [I] ) and PAN. The structure of the membrane was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The contact angle, thermogravimetric analysis, ionic conductivity and mechanical properties of the membrane were measured. The results show that the anion exchange membrane has good hydrophilicity, thermal stability and ionic conductivityand tensile strength. When the mass ratio of PAN to ionic liquid is 1 : 1 at 80 ℃, the comprehensive properties of the membrane are the best.
